Before meetings we coach parents on the agenda and likely questions, provide a concise issues list, and agree desired outcomes. Afterward we check decisions against statutory duties, suggest wording for amendments, and plan next steps with timelines for follow up.

Evidence Gathering and Gap Analysis

We review reports, work samples, and attendance data, identify missing assessments, and request targeted input so the evidence set is complete and consistent. We then produce a short evidence matrix showing source, date, relevance to need, and how it maps to proposed outcomes.

Drafting and Provision Mapping

We prepare clear requests for EHCNA or amendments, map needs to SMART targets, and build a costed provision plan aligned to Section F and the child’s profile. Each element specifies frequency, duration, staffing, and success criteria so delivery is auditable.

Meeting Preparation and Representation

We brief parents on process and likely questions, create an issues list and desired outcomes, and attend meetings to keep the discussion focused on needs and lawful provision. After the meeting we issue a concise note of points agreed, actions, and deadlines.

Post-Decision Review and Next Steps

We check decisions against statutory duties, draft precise wording for amendments, set review timelines, and plan escalation routes where required. Where outcomes are disputed, we outline viable resolution options and the evidence needed to support each.
