We complete EHCNA, EHCP and Annual Review reporting with curriculum aligned baselines, SMART targets, and plain English findings. Families, LAs and legal teams receive concise evidence, recommended adjustments, and a costed plan for delivery and review.
Scope and Baselines
We run curriculum aligned assessments in literacy, numeracy, language, and executive function, plus engagement and attendance. Each report sets clear starting points with standardised scores where appropriate, observational notes, and environmental factors that affect learning.
SMART Targets
Targets are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound. For each target we state the teaching approach, frequency and duration, staffing, resources, and success criteria. The provision map links targets to Section F outcomes and any reasonable adjustments.
Evidence and Reporting Format
Progress is recorded through short cycle measures, work samples, and observation rubrics. Reports include plain English summaries, data tables, and a costed plan. Families, LAs, schools, and legal teams get the same structured document for consistency and audit.
Review Cycle and Accountability
We agree review points, typically termly, with a named lead and a simple RAG status against each target. Recommendations cover step up or step down in provision, risk considerations, and reintegration plans where relevant. Data handling follows GDPR and KCSIE training standards.
